These terms apply when you download or use Pyrra, made by Indie Goodies LLC. By using the app you agree to them, so please read them carefully. Your use of Pyrra is also covered by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Using Pyrra

Pyrra helps you practice speaking with automatic scores and AI coach notes. Feedback is generated automatically and is meant for practice and self-improvement. It may not always be accurate and is not professional, medical or speech therapy advice.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, its content or our trademarks. The app and all related rights belong to Indie Goodies LLC.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. You keep the rights to what you say and record. You give us permission to process your transcripts only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Friend Streaks

Be kind. Don't use names, avatars or messages that are offensive, misleading or harmful. You can end a Friend Streak at any time. We may remove profiles or accounts that break these rules.

Pyrra Pro subscriptions

• Pyrra Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited AI coaching and all practice modes.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Availability and changes

Some features need an internet connection. We may update, change or stop parts of the app at any time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will post the new version here and change the date above.

Liability

Pyrra is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Indie Goodies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.
